Spectreviews currently supports the standard Texas TREC home inspection report format and many other inspection report formats. Try yours — your first month's base is free — and contact us if you have a special request!
Processing time depends on the length and complexity of your report, but most standard home inspection reports are processed in under 10 minutes. Very large or complex reports may take up to 15 minutes during peak times.
Yes! All paid plans include custom branding options where you can add your company name and logo to the video report.
Each plan includes a set number of reports per month — 3 on Agent, 20 on Team (see Pricing section). There's no hard cap: additional reports are billed automatically at $10 each on Agent and $6 each on Team, so you're never blocked mid-month. Included reports don't roll over.
